We set up live-streaming video booths in Boston and San Diego and invited people to step inside for a chance to win a pair of round-trip tickets to the opposing city. Once inside, Bostonians had three minutes to deliver their most impassioned plea to convince a stranger in San Diego to switch places with them.
After the on-the-ground promotion, we launched a social contest to let Instagrammers flip their forecast by submitting their plea with #FlipTheForecast
